Description
This session will deep dive into what is a “War Room,” and why it is a necessity in ERP implementations. We also will cover how to organize and motivate a team to stride as a single force in a war room, including a psychological analysis of what brings that team together. Attendees will take away knowledge on how to use war rooms in their implementations, as well as in their daily jobs, and how it benefits teams and a person’s success.
